Dr. Boris Birmaher, M.D.

This conference was held at JMU April 9th, 2003, it was a great success with close to a hundred people in attendance. Dr. Birmaher covered the symptoms and controversies regarding the diagnosis, natural course, and treatment of children and adolescents with bipolar disorder.

About the Speaker: Dr. Boris Birmaher is an expert on the assessment and treatment of childhood onset mood and anxiety disorders. He is also an expert in the psychopharmacological treatment of children and adolescents with psychiatric disorders.
